SELLING REAL ESTATE AT AUCTION 6 HOUR CE CLASS This 6 hour course is designed to educate Real Estate Agents about the auction method of selling real estate. Due to our current economic climate, more real estate than ever is being sold at auction. The goal is to help you increase your revenue by introducing real estate auctions to your clients as another tool for selling and buying property. You will learn how to identify which properties are favorable for auction and how to establish alliances with auction firms while protecting your listing and commissions. You will receive 6 hours credit for your real estate license. This class is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, meets requirements of Georgia Law and must be renewed by 12/31/2012 as continuding education credit for Georgia Real Estate License.
*Licensed Auctioneers may attend this class and receive CE credit for Auction License (class will remain in session for two additional hours to meet Georgia Auction License requirements for CE). If you hold a Real Estate License and an Auctioneer License you will receive credit for both.
